General Shipping

We ship instruments domestically and internationally using reputable carriers. Shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is accepted by the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Insurance

Shipping insurance is strongly recommended and may be required for high-value instruments. Insurance claims are subject to carrier and insurer terms.

International Shipping

For international orders, customers are solely responsible for:

  • Customs duties, VAT, tariffs, and import fees
  • Compliance with local import laws

Charlotte Violins is not responsible for customs delays, seizures, or refused shipments. International shipping fees are non-refundable.
