Orders & Payment Authorization

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Charlotte Violins directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restriction or refusal of future sales. Evidence may be submitted to payment processors to dispute chargebacks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charlotte Violins shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
